ClauseKey is specialised for the standard NSW residential property contract — the form used in most property transactions across NSW. We support both Torrens title and Strata title properties. We're working on expanding to support more contract types.

Click "Get Started" on the homepage or "Sign In" in the navigation. You can create an account using your email address and password, or sign up with Google.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you'll have 7 days to export your data before it's automatically deleted.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.
Privacy & Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored securely. We never share or sell your data. You can delete your account and all associated data through your dashboard.
After your subscription expires, you have a 7-day grace period to export your data. After this period, all your contracts, reports, and analysis data are permanently deleted from our servers. This ensures your sensitive property information doesn't remain stored indefinitely.
Yes! You can export all your contracts and reports from Settings > Data & Export in your dashboard. This creates a ZIP file containing all your uploaded contracts, generated reports, and analysis data.
The market benchmarks shown in your report (e.g. "65% of contracts delete this clause") are derived from aggregate, de-identified analysis of contracts processed by ClauseKey. No individual contract, user, or property is identifiable in the benchmark data. Benchmarks reflect patterns we have observed and may not represent the broader NSW property market as a whole. They are provided for informational context only and should not be relied upon as legal or financial advice. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Technical
Currently, we accept PDF files only. Most property contracts are provided as PDFs by real estate agents and conveyancers. The maximum file size is 50MB.
Most contracts are analysed within minutes. Larger contracts with many special conditions may take slightly longer. You can continue using the dashboard while analysis runs in the background - you'll be notified when it's complete.
Analysis can fail for several reasons: the PDF may be scanned images rather than text (we need text-based PDFs), the file may be corrupted, or it may not be a NSW property contract. If you continue having issues, please contact support with your contract details.
